Yes — You Can Bring Your Own Clients to Directorii
Already have a customer who is ready to sign? You can bring that project to Directorii and give your customer added confidence through the guarantee. Every approved contractor receives automatic $30,000 deposit protection on every job.
For your own leads, Full Coverage up to $250,000 is optional and costs 1% of the full coverage amount. They are still your clients. Directorii is just there to help you move the project forward.

I started Directorii because I kept hearing the same stories from homeowners. They hired someone they thought they could trust. They found a contractor through a website that looked reputable. They assumed that if a company was listed somewhere, someone must have checked them out. Too often, that was not true.

First, you need to apply and meet our qualification standards, including a background check, financial review, and a minimum of 20 Google reviews with a 4.5-star average or higher. Once approved, your company will be listed on Directorii.com, and your customers get automatic $30,000 deposit protection on every job.
Approved contractors can also request Directorii’s Full Coverage up to $250,000 to protect homeowners against workmanship issues, code or manufacturer non-compliance, and material defects.
Most platforms will list anyone who’s willing to pay. That means homeowners can end up choosing between contractors who look good online, but have not been properly vetted, reviewed, or held accountable. I wanted to build something different.
Directorii is not a place where any contractor can simply pay to appear. Contractors must apply, meet our standards, pass our review process, and agree to operate by a code of ethics.
